The Problem
And getting it there shouldn't take your attention away from the work that matters most.
Weak framing, lighting and audio can make strong expertise look amateur.
Slow openings lose attention before your message lands.
Effects without purpose distract from what actually matters.
Different styles and pacing make your brand harder to recognise.
Hours in the timeline are hours not spent on clients, growth or your life.
Without a repeatable production system, staying consistent becomes exhausting.
The Process
How it works.
We dial in your framing, lighting and audio so your setup reflects the quality of your expertise before you even hit record.
You film with a clear, simple system built around what actually needs to be captured.
The edit is shaped around hooks, pacing and clarity, so viewers stay and the message lands.
You review the cut, we refine it together, and the final version is delivered ready to publish.
Because first impressions actually matter.
I started studying cinematography in high school, where it was one of my main subjects. Most of my early work was behind the camera and in directing, and I spent those years making short films and entering local and national student festivals.
Later, while studying cinematography at UNATC in Bucharest, I took what was supposed to be a temporary job at Prima TV, a national news station in Romania. I started as a prompter operator, found my way into the edit room, and realised pretty quickly that editing was the part of filmmaking I actually wanted to keep doing.
I left university after my first year and spent the next three years editing television news. Working in that environment taught me to make decisions fast, find the story inside messy material and understand that an edit does not need a hundred effects to keep someone watching. It needs clarity, pacing and a reason to keep going.
Eventually, I burned out and stepped away from editing completely. I moved to Austria and spent two years working as an Amazon delivery driver. Weirdly enough, that distance made one thing very obvious: I genuinely missed editing.
When I came back to it, I didn’t want to just sit at the end of someone else’s production process and cut whatever landed in my inbox. I wanted to understand the whole thing, from how the content is recorded and presented to how the story is shaped in the edit.
That is what BGV Creative grew out of.
You focus on your business, your clients and your life. I handle the content side.

The current service focuses primarily on your recording setup and the editing itself. Script or content strategy support can also be discussed depending on the project.
Feedback is handled through Frame.io, where you can leave comments directly on the video timeline. You'll also receive a short Loom walkthrough showing you exactly how the review process works.
